Army publishes Record of Decision for growth & force realignment
ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md. — The Department of the Army announced Sept. 12 the availability of the record of decision (ROD) for growing and realigning the Army’s force structure to support operations in the Pacific Theater.
